The lead partner of the BIG AT-HU project, funded by the ERDF as part of the INTERREG programme, is a department of the Province of Lower Austria. The lead partner acts as educational advisor and supervises nursery staff, and produces the staff professional development programme.

The lead partner also provides expertise in the promotion of early childhood language development and multilingualism in nurseries.

The Office of the Government of Lower Austria was involved as a partner in the previous projects EDUCORB and EDUCORB extended and has also implemented other projects as part of the ETZ AT-CZ and SK-AT programmes.
